Please be aware that the mentioned commission rates are subject to change based on area conditions and are only applicable upon agreement with the client. We will ensure to confirm and collect commission fees only after the successful completion of the sale or purchase, based on your agreement
Rental Property Commission
Residential Properties:
Commission Structure:

The commission is deducted from the monthly rent and ranges between 5% to 10%, depending on the agreement.
